Qualifications

• Physical ability to move objects or people (up to 75% of shift).
• Strong documentation and charting skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow individual health care plans and administer or supervise physician-prescribed treatments.
• Make rounds with residents and physicians, documenting visits accurately.
• Administer medications and perform in-house testing as needed.
• Supervise aides and assign duties while monitoring performance.
• Meet with the director and participate in staff meetings to maintain care quality.
