Buckner Retirement Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join The Stayton at Museum Way in Fort Worth, onsite. You will play a key role in delivering nursing care to residents and ensuring plans reflect physician orders and Buckner standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• High School diploma or GED, and 2 to 3 years of college or vocational school.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the individual health care plan is followed; administer or supervise treatments prescribed by physicians.
• Make meaningful rounds of all residents, utilizing health care plans; rounds with physicians and accurate charting.
• Administer parenteral, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections; perform in-house testing; record vital signs.
• Assist in maintaining health care plans according to rotation schedule and document acute changes.
• Supervise aides in duties; assign tasks, breaks and special duties.
