Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality RN nursing care in a post-acute setting, consistent with legal requirements, facility policies, and resident care plans.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team, residents, and family members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions to residents and document responses.
• Prioritize patient safety and promote infection control and fall risk best practices.
• Communicate with residents and family members, answering questions and educating them on conditions, treatments, and healthcare options.
• Assist with the training and supervision of the wider nursing team.
• Additional duties and responsibilities assigned by leadership team.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the growth and development of our center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-quality RN nursing care in a post-acute setting, consistent with legal requirements, facility policies, and resident care plans

Benefits:

• Registered nurse salary range: $24 to $31 per hour

• Shift diff and additional weekend pay
