Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care across Medical Surgical units in a faith-based, not-for-profit system. The role requires an Active Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 7 months of RN experience in Med-Surg.

BSN preferred and certification in area of practice is encouraged. The DPC RN will demonstrate assessment, communication, critical thinking, planning and leadership skills while maintaining high safety and quality

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• 7 months of RN experience in any Medical Surgical Unit.
• BSN preferred or higher.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in area of practice preferred.
