Qualifications

• Graduate of Registered Nurse Program and active RN license.
• BLS/CPR required; ACLS and PALS within 90 days; NIH Stroke cert within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational and growth needs of patients.
• Develop a written care plan using assessment data.
• Implement nursing care plan and evaluate responses.
• Demonstrate leadership and organize patient care activities.
