Qualifications

• RN license in North Dakota or Compact State
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• PALS within 6 months of start date
• NRP Essentials within 6 months of Start Date

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per policy and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and educate patients for safe discharge.
• Assess and document patient conditions, plan care, and monitor pain.
• Identify early signs of deterioration and respond per SOP.
• Assist with emergency measures and maintain incident reporting.
• Begin discharge planning early with patient education and counseling.
