Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a registered nurse in New Jersey. The role requires an NJ State Professional RN license, an associate degree or diploma in nursing (bachelor's preferred), and 2+ years of recent specialty experience.

At least 1 year of floating experience in a flexible resource pool or similar environment is expected, with a strong patient-centered focus and teamwork. BLS is also required within 60 days of start.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
• Two years' recent experience in specialty required by May 5, 2025.
• One year experience in floating/professional environment (travel professional organization, site flexible resource float pool, or equivalent).

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
