Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time position throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Position Details:

1. Service seniors under their home health benefit within 1-2 communities, minimizing commute.
2. Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a licensed RN.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Perform home visits within designated areas.
3. Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
4. Monitor client conditions and report changes.
5. Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately.
6. Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management.
