Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in daily Shift Report and update resident records accurately and timely.
• Assist in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to care management team.
