Job summary

A leading senior living provider is seeking a Registered Nurse in Springfield, Virginia. The RN will promote and maintain resident health by offering physical and psychosocial support, developing relationships with residents and their families. Responsibilities include providing clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring a high standard of documentation. An active RN license and experience in senior care are required. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred experience in caring for seniors or those with cognitive impairment.
• Active RN license in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents using consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with nursing standards.
• Monitor resident's clinical and care conditions.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
