Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, CA is hiring experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027, with competitive pay and a completion bonus.

Staff RNs provide high-quality patient care, assessments, treatments, pain management, and care across the continuum, including invasive lines and drains. RNs must hold a California RN license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; BSN preferred.

Qualificações

• One (1) year of experience in acute care emergency department.
• BSN preferred but not required for consideration.
• Current California RN license is required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (AHA) are required or encouraged.
• NIH Stroke Certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellence in patient care in the ED and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Perform assessments, treatments, and care on assigned units; manage pain.
• Care for patients across the continuum, including invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Float as needed to other Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital facilities.

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is excited about hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for our ED. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. We are offering exceptional pay, and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment.

Staff Registered Nurses

are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals’ Core Values and the hospitals mission statement

Qualifications

Seasonal Schedule Requirements:

• Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s
• Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Minimum Experience

• One (1) year experience in an acute care emergency department

BSN Preferred

REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification
• ACLS (AHA) certification
• PALS (AHA) certification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• CEN encouraged.

Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
