Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core nursing competencies to ensure effective and efficient ongoing care.
• Conduct initial and regular reevaluations of patients' nursing needs.
• Develop and revise care plans as needed.
• Provide specialized nursing services requiring advanced skills.
• Implement preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Document patient visits and care summaries promptly per agency policy.

Qualifications

• Hold a current, valid RN license or temporary RN license through the State Board of Nursing, or a compact license. Maintain licensure to practice.
• CPR certification required.
• At least one year of recent, verifiable RN experience.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
