Join Hillcrest Healthcare System as a day shift, full-time Inpatient Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. You will perform comprehensive wound care assessment, planning, and documentation to support patient outcomes.

The role requires Oklahoma RN licensure and completion of an approved RN program, with BLS obtainable within 14 days of hire. Preferred wound care experience and WCON certification are valued as you contribute to a patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients as an Outpatient Wound Care RN under the Coordinator.
• Practice as a licensed caregiver upholding patient voice, policies and patient care goals in a shared governance clinical environment.
• Partner in care to anticipate and meet patient, family, and significant other needs.

Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Coordinator, the Outpatient Wound Care RN performs the primary function of Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients.


• The Outpatient Wound Care RN is a licensed caregiver who practices in a competent manner, upholds the voice of the patient, system policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals in the clinical environment that employs a shared governance model.


• The RN serves as a partner in care anticipating and providing for the patient care needs of patients, families and significant others.
