Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:

$35.04 - $47.30 / hour

Job Summary

Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at LMHS campuses. Provides direct care or consults on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of wounds, ostomy, and continence care. Educates patients, families, and staff. Candidates in process of obtaining WOCN certification are considered.

Requirements
Educational Requirements

BS Degree in Nursing or equivalent program of study required. Graduates of practical nursing programs are also considered.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of wound and enterostomal experience required. Candidates in process of WOCN certification are considered.

Licensure

Registered Nurse license required in Florida.

Certifications

BLS (American Heart Association) required. CWON or COCN certification preferred. COCN candidates must be willing to obtain wound credentialing.
