Job Overview:

Qualifications:

Required:

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

Preferred:

• BSN
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Wound Care certification within 1 year of hire

Scheduling Requirements:

• Day Shift
• Minimum 3 shifts per month, scheduled as needed
• Per Diem

Essential Functions:

Provides individualized patient care in the Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine department, including wound assessment, applying advanced dressings, patient education, documentation, inventory management, and supporting departmental protocols and policies.

Other Duties:

Performs additional duties as assigned by management and physicians, with flexibility for changes in responsibilities.
