Ardent Health Services is seeking a Day shift, full-time Outpatient (OP) Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on wound care in an Advanced Wound Center, under the supervision of the Director, with emphasis on holistic patient assessment, planning, and evaluation.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, OK RN license, and BLS. Candidate should have at least 2 years of medical/surgical experience; wound care experience is preferred.

• Under the supervision of the Director, the Wound Care RN performs the primary function of Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients at the Advanced Wound Center (AWC) in a case management model that includes a holistic approach to a defined and assigned case of wound care patients.
