Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager/Coordinator, the RN provides patient care, handles intake and discharge processes, and may serve as a Case Manager for assigned patients, depending on the setup. All employees must adhere to hospital, accreditation, federal, state, and CMS policies and guidelines.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No holidays, weekends, or on-call duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
• Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
