Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and assess resident needs, including vital signs, condition, and progress towards goals
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

About the Registered Nurse RN Role:

As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents in Le Roy, New York.
