HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Wisconsin seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg float pool, covering Green Bay, Sheboygan, and nearby facilities. Ideal candidates are patient-focused caregivers applying clinical knowledge across departments and a variety of conditions.

The position offers full-time, 36 hours per week, nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.), with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Flexibility to float across multiple departments is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Two years RN experience required
• Wisconsin RN license required (multi-state acceptable; WI license within 30 days)
• BLS certification required; specialty certification preferred in some areas

Responsibilities

• Float across Med/Surg units and various facilities (Green Bay, St. Mary’s, St. Nicholas, St. Clare)
• Provide patient-centered nursing care across departments
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and safety while delivering care
