East Gate Care & Rehab in Muskogee, OK seeks a compassionate RN Supervisor for weekend doubles (Sat-Sun 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM). You will lead care plans, supervise nursing staff, and ensure timely, accurate execution of physicians' orders while maintaining high standards of resident safety.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, shift differential, PTO, education reimbursement up to $5,000 yearly, 401(k) with match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Life insurance, and monthly employee

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license for Missouri.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized nursing care plans and supervise nursing staff.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Administer medications and start IVs as needed.
• Ensure orders are implemented promptly and supplies are used efficiently.

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
• Valid RN license for the state of Missouri is required
• Valid CPR certification
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situationsAbility to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
