Job summary

The Blossoms at West Dixon is seeking a compassionate weekend RN to provide resident care every other weekend. The role requires an active RN or LPN license in Arkansas and at least 2 years of long-term care nursing experience.

You will work with a supportive team, handle medications, treatments, and clinical coordination. Join a team that values patient-centered care, strong judgment, and mentoring of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing in a long term care environment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse and currently licensed in Arkansas (or multistate).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

Job Requirements
