Job summary

Lakeside Health & Wellness seeks an RN Supervisor for weekend shifts to oversee resident care and lead a coordinating nursing team on weekends in Kemp, Texas. You will ensure high-quality care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents and families.

Requirements include an unencumbered Texas or Compact RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work every other weekend. Prior RN supervisory experience is preferred and reliable transportation is expected.

The Job

Our RN's work to ensure that each resident attains or maintains the highest possible level of functioning by providing quality nursing care and by working with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Must Haves

• Unencumberred RN license (Texas or Compact State)
• Supervisory Skill Set - RN Supervisor
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible schedule
• Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in a clinical setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
