Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Premium Women's Surgical Unit - Full Time Nights (666103)

Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Women's Surgical Specialty Unit. This full-time night shift role involves 3x12 hour weekend shifts per week, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled, compassionate patient care and coordinate care plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Deliver holistic, patient/family-centered care respecting diversity

• Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Advocate for patient rights and ensure quality outcomes

• Work schedule: 3 weekend night shifts per week, one major and one minor holiday, every other weekend
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship
• Education: BSN from an accredited institution; ADN holders must complete BSN within 5 years
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS or PALS depending on unit, within specified timeframes
• Licensure: Valid RN license in Virginia or eligible for multi-state licensure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent RN experience in inpatient med-surg/telemetry or surgical units
