Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Weekend Package Registered Nurse to join our compassionate care team in a skilled nursing setting. You will provide direct nursing care on a weekend night schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10PM-6AM) and support clinical operations while ensuring resident safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.

• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider and other team members to promote teamwork.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety and compliance protocols.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
