Care Initiatives in Iowa is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing environment, including weekends (Friday-Sunday 2PM-10PM). You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will be integral in coordinating care, communicating with residents and families, and maintaining strict documentation and infection control.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Strong commitment to helping others with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.

• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
