Affinity Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care for a patient in Philadelphia, PA 19138. Weekend overnight shifts are offered: 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

You may work Saturdays, Sundays, or both based on availability. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent documentation, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in the home setting.

Competenze

• Active Pennsylvania RN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Home Health or Private Duty experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively.
• Reliable transportation.

Affinity Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a patient located in Philadelphia, PA 19138.

We are currently staffing a weekend overnight case with the following scheduling options:

• 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM (16-hour shift)
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Candidates may work Saturdays, Sundays, or both based on availability.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent documentation practices, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in the home setting.
