Job summary

Beaumont Home Health in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care under an attending physician’s direction. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, schedule includes Saturday, Sunday and one weekday, 8:15am–5:00pm, and you’ll deliver care at the patient’s preferred environment, helping them recover at home.

We offer a guaranteed base salary plus a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one year of experience as an RN in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home-based nursing care as directed by an attending physician.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Interact with patients’ families to support recovery and care plans.
