This position works a 10-hour shift every Saturday and Sunday and is eligible for a $25,000 Weekend Bonus.

• Travel within the MGB Healthcare at Home area required
• Proficiency with computer software; knowledge of handheld devices preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work with diverse populations
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Organizational and prioritization skills; adaptability to changing situations
