Description: $10k Sign On Bonus with at least one year of RN experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift, Week Nights - No Weekends + Day 1 Benefits!

Position Purpose

Our 13-bed Medical Surgical unit is more than just a workplace – it's a family. We foster a warm, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop, evaluate, and modify care plans, and perform complex patient-care procedures.
• Collaborate with the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide care responsibly and accountably for a group of patients during a designated shift.
• Utilize the nursing process, environment, technology, and healthcare team members to deliver care according to standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if not practicing in the last 5 years.
• Preferred prior experience; new graduates considered. BLS Certification through American Heart Association required.
