Job summary

Senior LIFE in Waynesburg, PA is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and community-based care to seniors. You will assess medical needs, develop Plans of Care with interdisciplinary teams, and perform advanced nursing techniques and critical care procedures.

Applicants should have at least one year working with elderly populations, hold a current RN license, and have a valid driver's license. EOE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Identifying medical needs for individual members, and setting care priorities accordingly
• Developing ongoing Plans of Care, in partnership with Senior LIFE interdisciplinary teams
• Interpreting, recording and acting on diagnostic results, and performing advanced nursing techniques and critical care procedures
• Identifying and assessing major medical problems, and communicating potential needs to a physician or specialist

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least one year working specifically with an elderly or aging population, hold a current RN license, and valid driver's license.
