Job summary

New York Health (NYH) seeks a Registered Nurse for Urology in Brooklyn. You will administer ADT and injections, assist with urological procedures, and support daily clinic operations. Strong communication and clinical assess- ment are essential.

Responsibilities include patient education, triage, EMR documentation, and coordinating with providers. You must have NY RN license, BLS, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State RN License is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills are expected.
• Proficiency with an EMR system is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical demand.
• Reliable transportation to travel to NYC locations for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and testosterone injections per provider orders and protocols.
• Perform bladder instillations and assist with PTNS treatments.
• Change suprapubic and Foley catheters and provide catheter care.
• Assist with office-based procedures across pre-, intra-, and post-op phases.
• Conduct pre- and post-operative patient calls, education, and follow-up.
• Manage provider inbox and respond with timely patient callbacks and triage.
