Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Universal Hospice RN for weekend on-call coverage to support our hospice ministry across Logan, Champaign, Hardin, and Auglaize Counties in Ohio. This PRN role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within a faith-based, not-for-profit setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an Ohio RN license with 2–4 years of hospice or home care experience and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain primary caseload.

Status and Shift: PRN (Weekend On Call)

Responsibilities

Otterbein is seeking an enthusiastic and professionalHospice Nurse.

• This role is responsible for primary caseload.
• This position provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience: A minimum of 2 – 4 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
