Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a Universal Hospice RN to handle weekend on-call coverage and support our Universal Hospice ministry across Logan, Champaign, Hardin and Auglaize Counties. This role focuses on skilled nursing care within the hospice framework and family guidance.

You will manage a primary caseload, delivering patient-centered care under physician orders and Hospice Medicare conditions, with a mission-driven team and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• 2–4 years direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• Primary caseload management.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients and families as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation and agency policies.

Status and Shift: PRN (Weekend On Call)

Responsibilities

Otterbein is seeking an enthusiastic and professionalHospice Nurse.

• This role is responsible for primary caseload.
• This position provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience: A minimum of 2 – 4 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
