Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Universal Hospice RN for Granville, New Albany and Gahanna, OH. This PRN role supports our hospice ministry with a primary patient caseload and treatment per physician orders within hospice guidelines.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in nursing (preferred), an Ohio RN license, and 2–4 years of direct hospice or home care experience. Join a faith-based mission-driven team delivering compassionate elder care.

Status and Shift

PRN (No Scheduled Weekends)

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for primary caseload.
• This position provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience: A minimum of 2 – 4 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
