1. Duties:

3. Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
4. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
5. Maintain the standards of care for the unit
6. Review resident records & quality of care
7. Monitor overall care & review individual residents' cases
8. Address questions or complaints brought forward by residents or their families
9. Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
10. Requirements:
11. Bilingual Mandarin/English
12. Must hold a valid State RN License
13. 3 years Long Term Care experience preferred
14. 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
15. Strong computer skills
16. Excellent communication skills
