Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the nursing units, overseeing a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate unit policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and facilitate staff development and training.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and statistics to track unit performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (RN).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in nursing management.
