Job summary

Bronx Center in Bronx, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead a patient care unit, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with standards of care.

You will mentor nurses, review resident records, collaborate with upper management, and uphold quality of life for residents while maintaining operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid State RN License.
• 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
• 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
