As an RN Unit Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, guiding and supporting staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll help ensure our residents receive the dignity, attention, and medical support they deserve — every day.
Lead and supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts
Monitor care delivery including medications, treatments, and documentation
Conduct regular rounds to assess resident conditions and team performance
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans
Provide guidance and training to staff, residents, and families as needed
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff
Complete other duties as assigned by clinical leadership
Valid Registered Nurse license (New Jersey preferred or eligible for endorsement)
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Previous long-term care, inpatient, or palliative care experience preferred
Prior leadership or staff management experience is a plus
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with leadership experience may also be considered
Full-Time Dayshift (plus weekend rotation)
