Provide direct and compassionate patient care in accordance with facility policies
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced healthcare environments
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred
Previous hospital or acute care experience highly preferred
ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment
You have an active RN license in ND or compact. You possess a BSN or ADN and current BLS certification. You have at least one year acute care nursing experience
