Conemaugh Memorial is a Level 1 trauma center accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, seeing about 1800 trauma patients annually. The role involves working closely with the full-time performance improvement coordinator to ensure optimal patient care and monitor outcomes for performance improvement. Attention to detail and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
• Completion of Basic Trauma Nurse Course
• Bachelor's degree required within 7 years
• Minimum 3 years trauma nursing experience
