POSITION SUMMARY

The Coordinator of Programs has responsibility for planning and leading the activities to meet all regulatory, accreditation, and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs. They will work to improve operations to enable Tenet to meet standards, resulting in best practices and patient outcomes. The coordinator will collaborate with the appropriate corporate team to ensure program success and compliance, and will implement and monitor readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
