Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7T Med Surg unit at Carolinas Medical Center. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with three 12-hour shifts (7a–7p) and weekend/holiday rotation on a transplant/urology-focused service that also provides peritoneal dialysis for ESRD patients.

Specialties include urology and kidney/liver/pancreas transplant and gender affirming surgery. 7T nurses are specially trained in providing peritoneal dialysis to all ESRD patients within the hospital and is a part of CMC Main, the Charlotte region’s only level 1 trauma center.
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
