Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a RN Telemetry Supervisor to oversee the telemetry department, ensuring safe patient care, optimal staffing, and efficient fiscal management. The role reports to nursing leadership in a fast-paced facility in the United States.

The supervisor leads clinical staff, partners with leaders to execute unit strategies, and drives service excellence while maintaining competency and safety across the team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; 2-3 years of acute care or comparable experience preferred.
• Valid Multi-State RN license; must obtain within 30 days if from a different Compact state.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required within 7 days of hire; CPI certification and other unit-specific certifications needed within orientation.
