Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry shifts in New York City. This fulltime role focuses on providing exceptional patient care while performing assessments, documentation, and nursing interventions. Candidates must have a state RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification needed within 30 days.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Document medical necessity in medical records.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plan.

How you will contribute

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
