National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry to monitor patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and provide high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Join the Telemetry Department at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. You will work alongside a dedicated healthcare team and play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, interpreting cardiac rhythms, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and responding to changes in patient condition. How you'll contribute

ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
• Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions
• Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
• Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Whatwe'relooking for

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possessa bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additionalrequirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification isrequiredwithin30 daysof hire.
