Job summary

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Observation/Tele in Chicago, IL. This 32-bed unit provides care for observation and inpatient patients across cardiac and med-surg populations, with a Magnet-designated hospital and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.

The role offers 3 12-hour day shifts (7am-7pm), benefits eligible, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• One year or more of Inpatient RN experience is required.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

We’re Looking For:
