Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Elizabethtown, NY. All shifts available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay through a trusted provider.

Formación

• Must work well in a team environment.
• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License in NY.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Solid computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, reliable team player.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice and support to residents and families.
• Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Document care services in resident and department records.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect residents and staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to resolve resident needs.
• Uphold quality of care per facility standards and confidentiality.

DUTIES:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN), Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families
• Monitoring Residents and administering medication and treatments
• Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records
• Protects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
• Resolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care
• Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:

• Should work well in a team environment
• Current State Registered Nurse RN License
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be friendly and a strong team worker
