Duties:

1. Provide advice & support to Residents and their families
2. Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments
3. Document Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records
4. Protect Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
5. Resolve Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
6. Assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care
7. Maintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

Requirements:

1. Ability to work well in a team environment
2. Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License
3. Long-Term Care experience preferred
4. Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Friendly and a strong team worker
