Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Short Stay Observation Unit. The position requires safe, evidence‑based care, effective communication with patients and families, and collaboration with the care team.

The role includes a Saturday/Sunday 7:00–19:30 schedule and ongoing patient education. Ideal candidates hold an Iowa RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN is preferred.
