Description : Registered Nurse (RN), Surgical Ortho Job Type : Full-time | Variable 12 hour Shifts with EOW Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Department / Unit Summary Surgical Ortho, 9 Ashman and 9 Rose, provides services to a range of patients including, orthopedic, trauma, general surgery, urology and med surg. We offer our nurses 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a with an every other weekend rotation. Schedules are provided on a 4-week interval basis, flexible self-scheduling giving staff input into when they work. • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of the online hospital-based trauma nurse course within 1 year of hire
• Certification as a Trauma Certified Registered Nurse preferred
